RETURNS TIME FRAME

We provide you with 30 calendar days to send back your purchased goods for a refund . This 30 days cancellation period starts from the day you have received the items in your order.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM FOR REFUND?

In case you decide to return your item for refund : 
  • Repack the item same way you got it together with the box, box-sleeve , user manual and charging cable.
  • Contact us via E-mail : support@goldandcherry.com to get the return address available for your location.
  • Finally, post it off at your own expense Make sure you get proof of postage in the form of an international tracking number ,keep it safe! and send it to us VIA E-mail.
Important notice : You need to provide us with a return tracking number, together with the tracking link/Name of your carrier within the returns 30 days time window. 

 

RETURNING FAULTY/DAMAGED GOODS?

We do our best to ensure our items quality and test each item before its packed to insure quality and functionality, it is unfortunate but sometimes cargo may get damaged during transit process , In case you have receive faulty/damaged goods you can open a claim VIA mail to support@goldandcherry.com within 7 calendar days from delivery date. 
In your claim Please provide your best description of your issue supported by photos of the item + item Box and item Packaging including the original shipping label, this  information can help our agents give you accurate solutions , in case we cannot sort out the issue our agents will be able to offer a FREE replacement unit to be shipped to you.

 

ORDERED THE WRONG PART AND LIKE TO EXCHANGE IT WITHIN THE 30 DAY RETURNS WINDOW?

Sure, we understand mistakes can happen and you might have ordered the wrong part,  will be happy to assist in this process. Simply let us know you need a replacement part via mail support@goldandcherry.com together with the reason or issue so we can help you source the right part for your needs and help you return your item(s).

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?

Once we receive your return we will examen your item(s). Once processed we will refund you in the same way the payment was made (paypal/card). The funds should appear on your bank statement within 3-5 working days (how fast? depends on your card issuer). 

We’ll make sure to keep you in the loop and send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and again when we have processed your refund.

If your return has not been credited within 30 days from sending your parcel to us, please send us your proof of postage delivery. We will  investigate it and get back to you within 7 working days.

If you wish to return your item for a refund and you have got a promotion of free shipping , your return and refund request will cancel any "Free Shipping" offer you received on your order and the shipping cost will be deducted upon refund as follow rates by model

important note that we will not issue pay back for any shipping fees of your returning package. 

1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

If your item(s) have a technical issue passed the 30 days but still under 1 year from purchase date you will be able to use our 1 year limited warranty and send your item(s) back for a check up ,fix and repair/replace. 

In case you want to use your limited warranty you can open a claim VIA mail to support@goldandcherry.com within 365 calendar days from delivery date. 
In your claim Please provide your best description of your issue supported by photos and videos of your issue. this  information can help our agents give you accurate solutions.

Important : Please don’t use any faulty items after finding the fault and report to us ASAP.

Policy coverage : Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this warranty.

Exclusions : Damages caused by operating the product outside its intended use, or any scratches or dents . The warranty is device for device-specific products.
