At Gold & Cherry, we use only reliable premium carriers to ensure fast door to door deliveries, We provide you the option to choose between 2 shipping options:

1. Free Standard/Airmail shipping (DHL/USPS/UPS...)
*3-8 business days shipping.

2. Priority/Express Shipping (DHL EXPRESS/UPS EXPRESS/USPS EXPRESS...)
*Paid 1-3 Business days shipping.

Tracking information would be provided within 1-3 Business days Via mail from support@goldandcherry.com once provided with a tracking code you can track your order until it gets delivered to your doorstep.

Key Dates for 2022 Holiday Season

📅 Cut-Off Dates

We expect orders submitted by these dates to be delivered before Christmas Day (12/25). These dates are based on last year’s carrier cut-offs and will be updated further once carrier schedules are finalized.

 

Reminder: These dates are our recommended cut-offs based on the current best information. It is possible that packages shipped after the suggested method cut-off date will arrive before 12/25. We set these cut-offs with a degree of conservatism as we know that we may experience some delays in fulfillment, and we will more commonly see carrier delays leading to packages being delivered outside of the standard SLAs. We want to prevent the possibility of packages not arriving by 12/25 and ensure that you and your customers have the best possible experience during this holiday season.

*With Christmas falling on Sunday this year, if utilizing “Saturday Delivery”, overnight packages can be submitted up until December 22nd and be delivered on time.


Your Tracking can show any one of these shipping status :

  • "Delivered" - will show only once the item is delivered to the address  
  • "in Transit"/in Route - while in transit the item will go Via stations on its way to your final address, each station will show up on the tracking history list.
  • "Shipping label created"- Your item is already picked up by the carrier and its whereabouts will show on its next station. 
  • "Pick up" - in case of failed delivery attempts,  or remote locations you might be requested to pick up your goods from your local post office. you should do that within 7 days or you risk losing your item without reimbursement. 
  • "not found" - sometimes it might take a few days for tracking to show up on the online tracking system. please try tracking a few days after purchase.
  • "Alert" - in case of address format error or unresolved customs issues, the item will be destroyed by the post office or sent back to the sender. if you see this status please email support for solution support@goldandcherry.com
  • "undelivered" - In case of Multiple failed delivery attempts to the provided address the item might be destroyed by the shipping carrier. 

Duty costs

Gold & Cherry uses the best shipping carriers and agents, we guarantee full delivery protection with every purchase, and US domestic orders have no duty collection. International shipments (outside the US) may have local customs fees / Duty costs / Import taxes collected and cannot be reimbursed.

* We make an effort to ship the goods the same day you place the order.
* Remote locations- Please note that some addresses are considered to be remote by DHL/UPS, in a case of a remote location the goods will be shipped via Airmail and the express shipping fee (if applied) will be refunded, you can check your address in this list here
