The case arrived quickly, I really liked it but could not get it to connect to my iPad. Contacted gold and cherry - they gave me a couple of tips - it finally connected and has been working fine. The keyboard itself is excellent

I'd be happy to upload a picture, but I don't see how to do it. It was a pain at first because the keyboard kept skipping all around. My computer tech disabled the touch pad, and it has worked extremely well. It does scuff easily, so I already have 3 tiny scrapes on the bottom of the case. Otherwise, I am very happy with my choice. Functionally it is perfect. The combination of track pad and touch screen together increases the usefulness of the iPad.
My only complaint is that the screen does not fold flat or back on itself. When I need to use it as an iPad I have to remove it. This is frustrating and leaves the iPad unprotected.

Yes, the trackpad could be more precise and smooth.
Overall, working with this keyboard brings the ipad experience to another level. Direct shortcut keys for several dedicated functions are superb.
Keyboard is perfect, trackpad is not that good but still usable.
One remark to manufacturer - please, include in the box short USB-C to USB-C cable, so your customer can charge the keyboard directly from ipad. Provided USB-A to USB-C cable is not that handy.
The purchase was a real lottery (no direct possibility to try it), but worth each dollar spent + fast shipping.

Got my 2020 iPad Pro 11” and then waited patiently to get the G&C case with keyboard but...it was worth the wait. The keyboard feels great (keeps up with my speed typing perfectly), the design is solid (no flimsy hinges) and already it is full of scratches which means that my iPad is staying pristeen (I use my iPad like a computer so wherever I go, it goes). And the best part that I didn’t know, is that the bottom is fully magnetic so I don’t have to put my Apple pencil on the charging side all the time to carry it. I just plop it anywhere on the case bottom and walk around and it doesn’t move! This case is perfect!

The case came in a timely manner and fit the I pad well. Battery life is great and the colored back-lite keys are easy to use. I would highly recommend this case for anyone needing a keyboard with their I pad. My only problem with Gold and Cherry is that I ordered a 8 port, usb C hub that I have not received in over 5 months. They keep telling me its in shipping but it never arrives. Fortunately this was not the case with the keyboard/case.

Have to say I was going to return this at first. I wish it opened further to allow for better tablet style use, which is otherwise a little cumbersome. However - it is fantastic as a work accessory for daily desktop use. Makes most regular interaction with the iPad way more efficient and greatly improves ability of the iPad Pro to be a PC substitute.

Like the new case for my iPad Pro 11...got it in Rose Gold and also added a stylus holder to the outside of the case. Only issue is the keyboard adds extra letters when typing or doesn’t add first letter typed, but my spellcheck catches about 80% of these errors. Love having the backlights....main reason I bought this case.
