Sine my unit arrived I’ve used it continually. Everything works well, as advertised. The only problem is with those applications that are iPhone apps so when they are displayed as a portrait picture I have to read it sideways. Too bad a simple keystroke cant rotate these apps.

Very good product, i wish you could have had only 1 charge system instead of 2. There is another product Apple keyboard that has only i charge port. I realize the apple keyboard is much more expensive, but another keyboard from Chessona only has 1 charge port but is much heavier. So there are pros and cons with each, but your product is great. Perhaps in your next release your pad could take its power from the actual I-pad hence only 1 charge port would be nessisary.
Only a suggestion, and again your product is very good.

I have been looking for an affordable keyboard for my iPad Pro 12.9 2018. Going to Apple was not even an option as that flaky shaky keyboard was too expensive. Thanks God, I found this keyboard with a mousepad. The seller was unknown to me but I decided to give it a try because I was buying with a friends referral . I did receive the package 4 days after it was shipped. Great!! Upon opening the box, I was delighted to see a very thin but sturdy keyboard. Connecting to my iPad via bluetooth was a breeze . Everything worked perfectly. It's now a replica of my notebook. I will no longer carry the notebook on the plane while traveling.
The support was great !. However, don't take my word for it. Buy one for yourself and be as excited as I am. Best iPad accessory. Come on, give it a shot!!! You won't regret it.

Amazing! I usually buy or apple keyboards, but the new trackpad keyboard was far too expensive on both ends. THIS IS SO WORTH THE PRICE! And in my opinion, it works better than Brydge because the backlit keys are brighter, the hard shell case is on the front, too, The shell protects the buttons on the ipad, has a place for my apple pen, and it works with my ipad charger. It feels like a regular computer. Trackpad won’t work until you update to latest software, but it’s perfect. No delays, Bluetooth connection doesn’t drop at all, randomly, like some. Only complaint is that I paid for more expensive ones in the past before finding gold and cherry.

Arrived fairly fast. works perfectly. trackpad almost as good as MacBook one. especially now with mouse support you can turn your iPad into a MacBook. Pairing is easy. Highly recommend if you want to turn your iPad pro into a productivity device.

I have two keyboards from Gold and Cherry. I bought one that was without the pad. I loved the way it works and enjoyed having this. When the newer version came out with the track pad I purchased this version. It arrived this week. I charged it overnight and put my IPAD in the new one. It works great and I love the track pad. I am learning all the gestures and using it all the time now. I highly recommend this product to anyone wishing to add a keyboard to their IPAD.

Have to say I was going to return this at first. I wish it opened further to allow for better tablet style use, which is otherwise a little cumbersome. However - it is fantastic as a work accessory for daily desktop use. Makes most regular interaction with the iPad way more efficient and greatly improves ability of the iPad Pro to be a PC substitute.
